I came in without an appointment the day before Christmas eve with a flat tire. I was on a time crunch and the manager made my car a priority. Turned out I had a nail in my almost new tire in a spot that couldn't be patched, and a new tire was going to be very expensive. The store manager was so kind and let me purchase insurance on the tires before I got the new tire so it became much more affordable and I would be protected for future cases. They put on the new tire and had me back on the road in no time. This is by far some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Lyenn the manager took the time to show me exactly where my tire was punctured and why it couldn't be patched, then went out of his way to make it work for me in a timely and efficient way. If I could give more stars I would, thank you so much Lyenn!

TERRIBLE COMPANY!

Terrible service at this location. Arrived at the store a couple of minutes before they opened. When coming over to unlock the door all they did was unlock it and walk away. They could have opened and said something. Upon walking in the door the two employees that were in there were having a conversation between themselves about the coffee maker that had overflowed. Once again not saying a word to me, just concerned with the coffee running all over the shelf. After they finally greeted me I asked if they could mount and balance 4 tires. Four tires that I brought with me by the way. With that being said they claimed they were going to pull in right away and start on it. 2 hours and 15 minutes later they were finally done. I never imagined, after working for several shops myself and mounting and balancing thousandsof tires, did I ever think it was going to take over 2 hours. Not quite sure what to so long. Needless to say instead of being a few minutes late for work now at this point I was a couple hours late. At the end of the day I understand that sometimes things take longer then others, but I have a vehicle that is pretty generic and factory 20 inch rims. Nothing hard about it what so ever. Out of all the tire that I have done myself, never once did it take over 2 hours for 4 tires. If that was the case in an 8 hour day I would have only been able to 16 tires. What company out there could make any many at all only doing 16 tires a day? I will not be going back there, not only did it take way to long but when they peeled they sticky weights off they went and put hammer on wieghts back on. No big deal except they didn't even use the correct weights. By that I mean the weights are barely holding on to the rim. When peeling sticky weights off you should put stickies back on. You live and learn.

Firestone in St. Ann to the rescue. We were driving home to Chicago from St. Louis. Shortly after crossing bridge, we ran over something and one tire went completely flat. It was Sunday afternoon and most tires stores were closed. Most that were open said that they could not help us out before closing. After hearing our dilemma, store manager, Lyenn Billingsley, said "We will make it happen". We had AAA tow the car to St. Ann Firestone and within 45 minutes, the tire was replaced and we were on our way home again. They had the tire we needed in stock, and the staff was helpful and courteous. Thank you!!

Scheduled an appointment with the 10750 Saint Charles Rock Rd location got there and they said they don't take appointments and could not service me. Why did the gentlemen on the phone schedule me for an appointment then??? I then went to the other location on the Rock Road and they changed my oil as I drove off my car was jerking and could not read which gear it was in. I took it back and they re did the oil change, the manager said the mechanic messed up my transmission fluid. I will never use this company again. The last time I used firestone in University City they left my filter open and it caused a lot of issues with my car. I am not a mechanic, I don't know much about cars that's why I go somewhere and pay for service. But with this company it seems like I walk away with more issues each time. I cant afford all the issues they have caused. especially since they are issues that could have easily been avoided. From my experience it seems like many of the mechanics are either in a hurry and that causes them to act careless or they are simply not trained either way. I'm tired of firestone and I will not return.

Good customer service. Needed my winter tires and rims put on. They did it much quicker than estimated by other options and the price was very reasonable.
