I would never recommend Collier's as they were extremely uncaring and unapologetic.

He called my brother by the wrong name 5 times and did not ask for a photo of him prior to preparing him; they shaved his face completely and he no longer looked the way we knew him. It broke all of our hearts.

Mr. Collier was extremely cold and handled my brothers passing like a business transaction - no sympathy.

Because of this, we transferred to a different funeral home.
