I wouldn't give 1 star. I fell behind 30 days on my account while taking care of my terminally ill father and the manager Don reassured me he would give me time to pay by the end of the month. I called a day before the end of the month to pay and he told me he just sold my unit. EVERYTHING in owned was in there :-(. I went as high up as the district manager for help and they strung me along. I hate this price gouging company and if an attorney didn't cost more than my belongings, I'd sued their ***.
