Miranda is an unbelievable help with super suggestions...she understood my budget and worked with me to find just what I needed...The Manager courteously introduced himself...even in his Halloween paraphernalia! Incredible personality! Miranda and he will have my business going forward! This store is a great opportunity for those needing stylish furniture at reasonable prices!! I do not usually comment online about my shopping experiences, but could not help myself....too good to be true in every way.
Desiree H. was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with us. This place has great furniture for very decent prices. I went in to get a bed and a vanity, and went out with those items plus a heavenly mattress and mattress protector set. I am definitely going back to Bob's furniture!
My experience at Bob’s Discount Furniture was phenomenal! All of the furniture sets are prices you can’t beat! When you head to the furniture store make sure you ask for Deion! He’s definitely knowledgeable and takes great care of his customers. My mother and I will be coming back really soon.
Start to finish an absolutely flawless experience. I needed a small inexpensive sofa for my living room, my sales person was amazing, no haggling in and out. Got a text from the delivery dispatch with a link to track to delivery. The drivers were so nice, set up fast and were on their way. I can’t say enough about my experience.....really Great and I’ll definitely go back if I need anything else.
I just wanted say Desiree was absolutely amazing. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional. Because of her I will be back. Bob give Desiree a raise or the highest possible bonus you could give she so deserve it. She was working that show room floor she had multiple customers and was able to take care of us all in a timely manner. Between myself and my daughter that was also making a purchase we all walked away very satisfied.
