Terrible selection. Felt dirty.
I love my furniture from here but the workers are some liars they not orangnized. I had a store credit of $500 and some change, where i had to purchase something from the store, so I purchased another couch set with the store credit, I went to pick it up and got a run around about my store credit. A manager name Jason told me they could not find my store credit, but a few days prior I talked to a different associate and was informed that i did indeed had a credit and to pick up my merchandise and i will no longer get anything from this store again nor tell anyone to go here and get any merchandise from thembif you anyone do you will need a recorder for every phone call and every face to face conversation with them because they act like they dont have a clue of who you are i done got so upset with them i had a uhaul and for them to tell me i dont have no merchandise to pick up i really got upset that was time wasted and money wasted and then want to charge me for delivery charge for them to drop it off at my home when i already had transportation.. I also looked through my paper work then warranty also sent me more documents to make sure i was right and i was it says you can either get store credit/check for the amount or lesser to the value of the merchandise purchase and the merchandise that you have in your possesion its your to keep but it wont have no warranty or you can get a full replacement where they switch out the old for the new and still have warranty... I didnt ask for it i was giving the store credit which is i can basically do whatever to my old furniture for proof i can post the receipt so every one can see for theyself and Michelle told me for going through so much trouble with they store she will give me 2 chairs of my choice nothing over the chairs that they have half off which is no more then 79.99 and when i went into the store she says something different and before jason comes out she repeated again to a lady that was helpin me and she also said what im saying is so true because we had to call Michelle in the store while she was off that day of 11/27/2017 so i get the run around again they just some liars in the store now im ready to get my lawyer involved because i recorded the whole phone calls and have 2 witness..... Its crazy that people have to go through so much over stuff they bought with they hard working money... I just want yall to get yall team together and have every one on the same page and jason really needs to relocate or get another job because its my money not yours for you to tell me what i can and cant do... I guess paying for warranty is nothing in they eyes i also have 5 different invoices with them and its makes me mad... I Just want my merchandise with my warranty since you want to come and pick up the mechandise.
Randy was awesome. He was very patient and informative. I am sure I will love my furniture.

I went to this store and I was in there for about 20 minutes walked pass 4 associates and not ONE of them greeted me. I even had at least two of them walk pass me and greeted someone else like I was not there. They were definitely prejudging a customers pockets by their appearance. guess a young person who just got off of work isn't worth your time. Smh
